Basic concepts


First of all, I would like to explain the details of the different elements that we can see in the configurator:

Each of the parts is detailed below:

  • Yellow: Quick action box for the generation of the QR code, and also facilitator to scan with the mobile device and see the result.
  • Red: Toolbox composed of different components that can be used in our digital charts.
  • Blue: Working area where the different components that make up the digital chart must be dragged.
  • Orange: Preview of the digital chart
  • Green: Action button
  • Gray. Frequent actions quick access area

Each of these areas is described in detail below:

Quick Action Box

This area of the configurator is described in more detail below:

It facilitates two very important actions in the creation of the digital menu:

  • Scan the QR code so that the editor who is creating the digital menu can view the result on his or her cell phone and see how the changes are looking.
  • Download the QR code immediately and be able to share or print it.

Toolbox

This area of the configurator is described in more detail below:

This is the list of parts that we can use for our digital charts. We find it categorized in six blocks that we will see later in depth with each of the available components.

Work area

This area of the configurator is described in more detail below:

This is the area where the components of our digital menu are located, the way to work with this area is by dragging and dropping the components of the toolbox, allowing to group the different functionalities.

The zone offers mobility between elements, i.e. it is possible to move some elements on top of others and always offers three functionalities to each of the components:

You will be able to view the changes in your chart whenever you want. Although we recommend that you can scan it with your own cell phone, but if you want to make small changes and understand the operation is a perfect alternative and faithful to the reality of what people who scan the QR code will see.

We facilitate the configuration of the digital menu based on examples already built with different themes and aspects, search among the templates the one that best suits your needs and start customizing it with your image.

The following is a detailed description of each of the functionalities:

  • Digital chart name
  • Product finder. Type in the product name and the work area will be automatically filtered with matching items.
  • Upload file. Allows you to directly upload a document to your digital chart
  • Save. Allows to visualize the changes made in the digital chart
  • Download QR code
  • Photo gallery. Access to the multimedia section where you can upload images that you want to use in your digital chart.
  • Create new QR code, jump to digital menuswizard
  • List of the rest of your digital charts
